Sweat is my Sparkle – All Women’s Fitness Challenge

Sometimes, the holiday spirit is too strong to resist. We trade workouts for holiday parties and maybe have an extra glass of Spiked Egg Nog. It’s okay to have some holiday fun! However, without something to keep us dedicated to self-care and training throughout the season, starting new year’s resolutions for a better time or a longer distance will feel rough. Running isn’t a seasonal sport, it’s a lifestyle. Join our holiday challenge, Sweat Is My Sparkle.

Programs start November 11. Currently available in Grand Rapids, Holland and Kalamazoo

Gazelle Girl All Women Winter Run Camps – 5k/10k

Join Gazelle Sports for our Gazelle Girl 5k/10k training program. This program is a women’s only group focused on helping you cross the finish line for the first time, add another race to your personal fitness journey, or just allow you a place to connect with other women and live a healthy active lifestyle. 

Programs start in February. Currently available in Grand Rapids and Holland.

Gazelle Sports Run Camp
Half Marathon/25k/Marathon

Whether you are just starting to run, starting over, or are gearing up for a personal best marathon, Gazelle Sports will support you with personalized Lydiard™ training schedules, positive guidance, informative clinics, and fun weekly group training runs.

Programs start in January. Available in Grand Rapids, Holland, Northville and Birmingham.
