Bio: I began running as a coping mechanism in 2007. Running is a big part of who I am and what makes me happy. As a charity runner and coach I have crossed many finish lines, helped others achieve their goals and had fun along the way. Sure, there have been tough races, races that did not go well, but finishing upright and smiling is a good thing!
I train and run with Sole Sisters, a group of inspiring women who seek to empower girls and women through movement. I hope to set my personal goals aside and help some awesome ladies achieve their goals.
Why Gazelle Girl: I have enjoyed this event as a participant twice and love the great encouragement that happens on the course! Girl power!
