Swag Packet Details!

Your swag packet will begin shipping April 12, 2021 through race day if you selected the ship to home option. Please note: USPS has stated products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-pandemic.

Swag will be available for in store pick up beginning Saturday April 10, 2021 if you chose pick up in store. Be sure to check the store hours for the chosen location.

*In the event your shirt does not fit as desired, shirts will be available in all store locations following the race event window beginning April 23, 2021 to trade while supplies last. We are unable to do so prior to event window closing to ensure everyone has received the requested size.

How does Motigo work?

On the day of the race, you’re moving along listening to music, and your music fades to the background. Then you’ll hear a “ding” which signifies an incoming audio message from your biggest supporters or the race, then your music resumes playing at its previous volume. This continues at “magical” points along your race. And if you’re lucky enough to receive more than one message at a point, the messages will play seamlessly after one another.

Can I try Motigo BEFORE my race?

Yes! When you go into “Races” > “Select Event”> look for the Test Run events.  Pick the day and distance you’ll be running.  You’ll hear a few cheers from us at Motigo and can even record a few of your own reminders or favorite mantras to hear during your run.   

*NOTE: Motigo will NOT work on a treadmill, sorry!

What is required to receive a message during an event?

Enabling GPS is REQUIRED and cellular is recommended (especially to receive cheers sent once your race has started). You CANNOT use airplane mode or do not disturb mode.
